A Strong bond.
Steel-enamelling is a thermal process that takes place in the enamelling furnace at above 800°C. A glass layer forms on the outside that will bond strongly to the steel in a chemically-physical fusing process. The outstanding benefits of both materials are used for this:

Bolting System
An easy assembly and disassembly is guaranteed because of the checkered bolting system.
Center point plate
In the center of the panel connection there is a stainless steel center point plate. This guarantees the machanical tightness of the system.
GLS tank bolts
Our bolts do not have any holding edges which would damage the coating around the bolt holes.
S700 PRO enamel coating
Our S700 PRO enamel coating provides high-resistant and elastic enamel which is free of nickel.
GLS Ring groove connection
We developed the ring groove connection for the connection between foundation and tank wall. This leads to 100% tightness and composite to the foundation.
Enamel protection
Between every metal attachement and the enamel layer there is a synthetic interlayer which protects the coating against damage.
Edge protection
The edges are protected by an additional protective layer.
Rounded edges
As an option we round all edges. A total, all around corrision protection is provided therewith.
Different panel sizes
Our panels are either PI/2 or 2/3 PI long. We achieve almost any desired diameter and the panel weight is still easy to install.
Plate connection of top angle and bottom angle
By the special angle connections a solid and powerful ring with a smooth surface is given.
